EBE TECHNOLOGIES TO HOST “CONNECT 2008” USER CONFERENCE

East Moline, IL – EBE Technologies, the leading developer of enterprise business process management software for the transportation industry, today announced the launch of its first annual user conference and vendor expo, “CONNECT 2008”. The event will take place August 24th-27th at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, IL.
Themed “Driving Action. Delivering Results” will be the focus of the many classroom sessions, speakers and case study presentations that are planned for the two and half day event. “We’ve reached a critical mass of active customers supporting more than 300 transportation companies ranging in fleet size from 35 trucks to 4000. We felt it was time to create a forum to bring them together to share best practices, introduce them to our newest products and services as well as be exposed to the current industry trends in transportation and technology,” said Larry Kerr, EBE’s president.
A vendor exhibit hall “ebexpo” will be on site as many of EBE’s integration partners will be showcasing their newest products and services. “Our business partners play a very critical role in the value we bring to our customers and wouldn’t consider hosting an event such as this without their participation and support,” said Cindy Nelson, Sr. Director of Marketing and Business Development.
