Since our founding as Electronic Business Equipment in 1973 in western Illinois, EBE has been helping businesses solve challenges. We began selling calculators and word processors, and now today, we’re the industry leader of AI-supported workflow solutions for the transportation industry in the United States and Canada.

Management Team

EBE is led by a team of professionals with vast industry knowledge and a passion for excellence.


Larry Kerr, President

Larry Kerr has been the driving force behind EBE’s business process management initiatives for the past 20 years. He’s been involved in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, system design, and project management. Larry led the company to its transformation as a systems integrator and the leading provider of enterprise business process management solutions for the transportation industry.

His close client relationships and industry knowledge have helped EBE develop the most efficient workflow processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve operational efficiencies.

Larry holds a master’s degree in Business from St. Louis University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business and History from St. Ambrose University.


Rocco Marrari, Vice President of Imaging and Workflow

Rocco joined EBE in 2015 after working many years as a police detective. He’s responsible for the company’s suite of imaging and financial solutions including Billing, Accounts Payable and PO Management workflows. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve operational efficiency and improving their workflow processes.

Rocco holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Illinois University and is pursuing further education in Business through Cornell University.


Cindy Nelson, CTP, Vice President of Recruiting and Onboarding Solutions

Cindy joined EBE in 2008 as Vice President of Marketing and is currently the Vice President of Recruiting and Onboarding Solutions. Prior to EBE, Cindy worked as Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications for several Fortune 500 and mid-size technology companies.

Cindy's active in American Trucking Association (ATA), Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and National Private Truck Council (NPTC), where she earned her Certified Transportation Professional accreditation. She serves on the Recruiting and HR Committees for TCA and ATAand is a Safety Council board member for ATA and NPTC.

Cindy is a graduate of Miami University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management.
