Implementation and Training

Our team of transportation and technology consultants employ a systematic approach that ensures success every step of the way.
Prior to implementation, a pre-requirement survey is completed by the customer which outlines all necessary information. Once the completed survey is received then a collaborative team of EBE systems analysts and customer representatives review the pre-requirement survey together. A complete analysis of current processes is then conducted by EBE staff. From this analysis, a requirements definition is prepared and presented to the customer that details all aspects of the SHIPS project. This requirements definition becomes the blueprint to configure and implement the software.
Once implemented, EBE's experienced professionals will train your staff on usage and administrative functionality of the software. Training can be done either on-site or remotely, depending on the nature of your project and your requirements.
