East Moline, IL – EBE Technologies, the leading developer of enterprise business process management software for the transportation industry, today announced the appointment of Cindy Nelson to the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development Nelson brings to EBE twenty years of marketing, public relations and business development experience in the technology industry. Prior to EBE, she served as the Director of Marketing for TMW Systems, the largest developer of dispatch and operations software for the trucking industry where she was responsible for corporate marketing, public and industry relations. At TMW she led the company to unprecedented brand awareness levels through strategic marketing and communications initiatives. She has also held senior marketing and sales management positions with various consulting, hardware and software firms varying from small to medium size organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Nelson graduated from Miami University with bachelors degrees in Marketing and Management.
In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Nelson will be leading the launch and serving as EBE’s product manager for its new suite of driver centric solutions including driver performance, driver management and safety and compliance. This newest addition to EBE’s SHIPS enterprise BPM software, integrates data from trucking companies existing dispatch, accounting and mobile communications systems to deliver more efficient and cost effective processes for managing drivers.
